Betty Ann Kirby, age 70, of Odessa, TX, passed away on March 23, 2018 in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, March 27, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am, March 28, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell of Cumberland Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Betty Ann Kirby was born March 5, 1948 to Marvin and Mary Wilkerson in Delhi, LA., but she lived most of her life in Odessa, TX and Houston, TX.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mary Wilkerson; brothers, Marvin D. Wilkerson, William W. Wilkerson and grandson, Shawn M. Roach.
Betty is survived by her loving husband, Donald R. Kirby; her three children, Donald W. Kirby, Janet S. Huber, Timothy B. Kirby; sisters, Eloise Hays, Linda Julian, Vicky Baker and D’Ann Bone; brother, Eb Smith, Jr.; eight grandchildren, Donald W. Kirby, Jr. Stormy Landa, Chris Kirby, Niki Kirby, Kathrine Kirkland, Crystal Kirby, Brian Kirby, Tia Kirby and 11 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers with be: Bo Wilkerson, Ray Julian, James Bone, J. W. Bone, Richard Thompson, Julyan McCune, and Chris McCune.

    The house was my sanctuary. No matter what I did she never judged and always listened to me. Loved me. And never turned me away. A part of me left with her. But I know I will get it back because I'll see her again. Love you Aunt Betty.
