Adan Subia Pena, 82, of Odessa passed away on April 11th, 2024 in Odessa, Texas.
The recitation of the Rosary will be at 6:00 PM, Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 19th at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial.
Adan was born in Fort Stockton, Texas to Ysidro & Eulalia Pena on March 16th, 1942. He was raised and attended school in Big Lake, Texas. He worked in the oilfield retiring from Chevron after more than 30 years of service. Adan loved all of his family and tried hard to be present for any and all special occasions. He never
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ysidro Pena Jr., Isabel Baeza and Natalio Pena.
Adan is survived by his children, Albert Pena-Rudd (Mark), Katrina Montoya (Sisto), Laura Flores (Hector); siblings, Angelita Ramos, Gabriel Pena (Martha), Susana Ramirez (Juan), Irene Almaguer; grandchildren, Daniel Flores (Mayra), Leandra Carrion (Robert), Jessica Gavaldon (Erick), Nicolas Montoya; great grandchildren, Alexander Flores, Abram Flores, Myhla Gavaldon, Auden Flores, Myles Gavaldon, Micah Gavaldon, Aubrei Flores, Agustine Carrion, Noah Galindo and Nathalia Samaniego; and many beloved nieces and nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Flores, Nicolas Montoya, Erick Gavaldon, Robert Carrion, Alexander Flores, Abram Flores, Auden Flores, Myles Gavaldon and Noah Garica.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital, your local animal shelter or charity of your choice.
