Albert Ureta

Albert Leonardo Ureta, 53, of Odessa Texas passed away on January 21, 2014 In Odessa Texas. Rosary will be held Thursday January 23 at 7:00 Pm in Sunset Memorial Gardens in 0dessa.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am, Friday January 24 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church
in Odessa with Father Michael Rodriguez, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial.

Albert was born in Fort Stockton Texas on October 2, 1960 to Miguel and Socorro Ureta. He attended Fort Stockton and Kermit Schools. He graduated from Crane High School. On July 1, 1988 he married Kim Sawyer in Odessa Texas.
Albert started work in the oilfield in 1980 to present.
Albert was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents Cosme and Angelita Primera. His paternal grandmother Josephina Lula Ureta.
Albert is survived by his wife Kim Ureta, daughters Amanda and Miranda Ureta, parents Miguel and Socorro Ureta, Mother in law June Sawyer and the late Bobby Sawyer, Brother Miguel Ureta Jr., Sister Enedelia Nava, brother in laws Terry Thomas, Russ Sawyer, Jesus Nava. Sister in laws Stephanie Thomas, Rebecca Ureta, Nieces Sari and viani urias, nephews Andrew Ureta, Cristian Nava and Zachary Thomas.
Albert dedicated his life to his wife and daughters he loved watching his daughters play sports going to the movies and spending time at home. Albert was a wonderful person with a big heart and he will be deeply missed.
