Alice Firestone

Alice Christine Firestone, age 76, of Odessa, TX, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2015 in Odessa. Christine was a caring and thoughtful mother and nanny to her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 5-7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Friday, March 6, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Lynn Money Officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Christine was born on April 24, 1938 in Sylacauga, Alabama to Manual and Clela Donahoo. She married Joe Waylon Firestone on January 16, 1960 in Clovis, NM and in 1972 moved to Odessa, TX.

Christine is preceded in death by her parents, Manual and Clela Donahoo, her sister, Louise Sinclair and her husband, Joe Waylon Firestone.

She is survived by her daughter, Cristal Firestone; her daughter and son-in-law, Glen and Annette Hogue; her sister, Catherine Smith; her grandchildren, Ryan and Erica Brown, Samantha Hogue and her fiancé, Kyle Wakeland, Christy Hogue and her fiancé, Daniel Guiley and Michelle Hogue; her great-grandchildren, Jordan Brown, Kathryn Brown and Riley Brown.

Pallbearers will be Glen Hogue, Ryan Brown, Jordan Brown, Kyle Wakeland and Daniel Guiley.
