Alicia L. Lara, 68, went to be with the Lord on July 16, 2008 at her residence in Odessa, TX. She was born on May 30, 1940 in Barstow, TX to Pedro Larez Lopez and Rosa Dominguez Pineda Lopez.

She is survived by two daughters; Sonya Lara of Casper, Wyoming and Selena Alvarado and husband Frank of Odessa, TX; two grandchildren; Kista Franco and Airious Alvarado, two brothers; Joe Lopez of Midland, TX and Pedro Lopez of Pecox, TX, and two sisters; Ramona Ballez and Margie Estorga of Los Banos, CA.

Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Bishop Mike Winfrey officiating.

Services are under Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
