Ann Marie Muniz, 49, of Odessa, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Odessa.

Rosary will be Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, May 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Father Juan Fernando Bonilla, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.


Ann Marie Muniz was born in Odessa to Pete and Frances Rodriguez on April 7, 1969. She went to school in Midland and graduated from Midland Lee High. She married Jose A. Muniz on May 8, 1999 in Midland, Texas. She was a cashier for Jumburrito for 13 years.

Ann Marie is preceded in death by Frances G. Rodriguez.

Ann Marie is survived by her husband, Jose A. Muniz; her children, Faith Marie Muniz, Isabella Marie Muniz, Savannah Muniz, and Frances Muniz; father, Pete Rodriguez, Sr.; brothers, Pete Rodriguez, Jr. and Jimmy Rodriguez as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
