Anna Lucile Cook Munday, 95, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009 in Odessa.

She was born July 1, 1914 in Kiefer, Oklahoma to George Burton Cook and Mamie Bessie Lovett Cook.

She lived in Seminole, Oklahoma until she moved to Odessa, Texas in 1947. She worked for Penland Distributors for 25 years as a bookkeeper and receptionist.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Ordell Green; brothers, Hugh Cook, Ed Cook, Lyndle Cook and a sister, Inez Pester.

Survived by a daughter, Johni Munday Richards and son-in-law, Jack B. Richards of Odessa and a grandson, David A. Richards of Roswell, New Mexico, also ten nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, November 27, 2009 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Special thanks to the staff at Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to a charity of choice.
