Survivors include his parents sisters, Marizabel Martinez, Annabel Martinez and Bridget Pantoja.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Juan Gaona officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
