Arnold DeForrest A.D. Prichard AGE 91, died January 10, 2011 in Odessa, Texas
A.D. Prichard was born December 21st, 1919 in Ranger, Texas to Galen Prichard and wife Sadie Hall Prichard. He attended and played football for Oklahoma City University and Central State College. He served in active duty as a pilot in the Army Air Force
during WW2 and continuing in the Reserves until 1950 where he obtained rank of Captain. He received B.S. and a Master of Education degrees from Oklahoma University in 1951 and 1956. He was an Odessa resident for over 40 years. A.D. coached and taught in Watonga and Okarchee Oklahoma and White Deer, Tx.
He is preceded in death by wife Bobbie Cox Prichard, brother Carl Prichard and sisters Dorothy Goree and Ann Ewell
He is survived by three sons: Pat Prichard and wife Tami or Ransom Canyon, Tx, Steve Prichard of Odessa Donny Prichard and wife Audrey of Houston two daughters: Glenda Alexander and husband John of Houston and Linda Wilkins of Ft Worth brothers: Bob and wife Mary of Pharr, Tx, Reverend J. Houser and wife Kathleen of Sun City AZ 8 grandchildren: Shelby Prichard of New York City and Carson Prichard of Lubbock, Cody Prichard and wife Mandy of Houston, Halei Parker and husband Nick of
San Diego CA, Regan Alexander of Houston, Megan Alexander of Houston, Christopher Null wife Ashley of Fort Worth, Cindy Morrison and husband Paul of Fort Worth and 5 great grandchildren Shyanne Wymer, Clayton Massey, Morgan and Dillon Null, Miles Prichard
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, January 14, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
