Arturo Lujan

Arturo Lujan, age 81, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, in Odessa, Texas. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 3, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM, with Father Carlos Rodriguez Officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

 Arturo Lujan was born Tierra Nueva to Federico, Theodora Lujan on November 20, 1942. He married Emma Enqiquez in Ojinaga. He worked as a laborer for Ref Chem, R E environmental and other construction companies for many years. 

Arturo Lujan is preceded in death by Emma Lujan, Arcilia Adame, Ronulfo Lujan, Oralia Baeza, Claudio Lujan, Benita Cobos.

Arturo Lujan is survived by his son, Jose E. Lujan; daughters, Ameei A. Lujan, Maria Del Camren Lujan Perez, and Rosa Ines; granddaughters, Monique Arreola, Dominique A. Lujan, Idaly Lujan, Yordana Lujan Mora, and Yovana Lujan Mora; grandsons, Jose V. Lujan, Yomar Lujan Mora, Filomeno Lujan Holguin, David Lujan Holguin, Jose Arturo Orosco and Gabriel Ian Orosco. Last living sister Pema Puentes 

Pallbearers will be Jesus Olguin, Manuel Diaz, Frankie Marquez, Frank Lujan, Zavien Val verde , Robert Diaz.
