Our beloved wife and mother Aurelia Ann Warren, 66, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 2, 2009.
She was born January 3, 1943 in Mason, Texas to Rudolph Balas and Ella Mae Hartman Balas. She married Don Warren in 1960.
She lived in Odessa for 45 years. She was an active member of the Hearing Loss Association of America-Odessa Chapter, the Alter Guild at Redeemer Lutheran Church, the Diabetes Support at Medical Center Hospital, and the Lutheran Braile Ministries.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and grandson, Shane Warren.
Survivors include her husband, Don Warren of Odessa; sons, Kevin Warren and wife Tammie of Odessa, Stacey Warren and wife Robin of Liberty Hill, Texas, Alan Warren and wife Shelley of The Woodlands, Texas; grandchildren, Shannon, Jordan, Hannah and Hillin Warren; brother, Louis Balas and wife Loyce of Fredericksburg; Texas, sister, Felicia Mulder and husband James of Odessa; and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor Dean Kelm and Pastor Jerry Bagwell officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be James OBrien, Kevin Warren, Stacey Warren, Alan Warren, Hillin Warren, and Stephen Mulder. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Biancalana and Brenden Biancalana.
