Barbara Allen

Barbara Jean Allen, 84, of Midland passed away on the 29th of January 2014.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014. It will be a graveside service.

Barbara was raised in Dewey, Oklahoma. She graduated from Dewey High school in 1947. She then married Lawrence Eugene Allen on June 4th, 1948, in Dewey, Oklahoma.

Barbara was a member of the Sandhills Ramblers Trailer Club and a charter member of Antioch Christian Church of Odessa.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Bernard Irvin McClune and Helen Florence Grant and her husband Lawrence Eugene Allen.

She is survived by her son, Geary E. Allen and wife Sandy of Dallas, TX, daughters Deborah Lucas of Odessa, TX and Karen Bennett and husband Ted of Big Lake, TX, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
