Beverly Chau

Beverly Chau, 60, of Odessa, passed away December 4, 2008. She was born June 14, 1948 in Canton, China.

She was self employed in the Restaurant Industry for over 30 years, first working at Moon Palace in the 1970s in Odessa, Texas then to Levelland, Texas in the 1980s, then to Bobby Joes in Monahans, Texas in the 1990s and most recently to Golden Palace in Odessa, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years-Bobby Joe Chau; sons-Tommy Chau of Irving, Timmy Chau of Odessa, Tony Chau of Odessa; daughter-Barbie Dunston of Odessa; brother-Raymond Wu of Winnepeg, Canada; and 12 grandchildren.

Viewing will begin on Thursday, December 11, 2008. Visitation will be Friday, December 12, 2008 from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Graveside services will be 12:00, Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the American Heart Association or to another personal charity.
