Billy Charles Fitzhugh passed away on July 25, 2008, at the Hospice House in Odessa, Texas at the age of 53. BRBRHe was born January 27, 1955, in Fort Worth, Texas to Charles Henry and Jewel Fitzhugh. BRBRHe married Pamela Moore on November 23, 2001 in Odessa, Texas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a Shop Foreman at Cactus Well Service for many years. His favorite hangout was Pojo's Restaurant where he spent time with friends. He was a motorcycle rider, and a proud member of The Dream Riders Motorcycle Club. He had a quirky sense of humor, and made everyone laugh. No matter where he went, he made many long-lasting friendships. We didn't have enough time with him, but God needed another angel, He needed one with a special soul. It has been said more than once by people that Billy was their favorite person. Whether it was hanging out, his lending a hand, or just his personality, people were drawn to him like a magnet. He has lived, loved, and traveled. He will be truly missed by his family and all that ever met him. His wife will miss him greatly, as his children will miss their Dad, and his grandchildren will miss their Paw Paw. We are deeply saddened by his death. He fought a courageous battle with cancer, and the Lord took him home.
