Bobbie Joyce Reed

Bobbie Joyce (Ross) Reed, age 93, of Odessa, passed away from this earth on Monday, August 12, 2024.

She was born on February 16, 1931, to Homer Edward Ross and Bertie Mae Fields Ross in Baird, Texas. She married Travis Reed on June 5, 1948, and had 72 years, 11 months and 16 days together before his passing in 2021. She was the loving mother of 3 children, her sons, Dean and wife Johnnie, Dwayne and wife Trudee; daughter, Denise and husband John Isaac; 8 grandchildren, Robby Reed (Kim), Chris Reed (Jennifer), Lacy Reed Williams (James), Rocky Reed (Brin), Travis Reed (Shannon), Matthew Isaac, Rachel Reed Hickson (Conner), and Chase Isaac; 13 great grandchildren with one on the way; and 2 great-great grandchildren who will forever remember “Mawmaw”.

Bobbie will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa with a private family memorial to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice or a charity of your choice in her name.
