Bonnie Peacock

Bonnie Sue Peacock, age 51, of Odessa, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in Odessa.

She was born November 28, 1960 in Belvedere, Illinois to Loyd Edward Emery and Melba June Burlington Emery. She was the second of four children, Sharon June Emery deceased, Denny Loyd Emery, and Robby Edward Emery. She married Kent Peacock on February 28, 1986 in Odessa. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from UTPB and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Bonnie coauthored Alive in Him through the Ladies Ministries of UPCI and contributed to The Girl In The Dress. She published First Ladies uplifting articles to pastors wives since 2005. Bonnie also wrote devotions, Bible Studies and articles for various Christian publications.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her father, Loyd and sister Sharon.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Kent Peacock, D.D.S. of Odessa brothers Robby and Danny and mother Melba.

Services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Friday, June 8, 2012 at First United Pentecostal Church with Terry Pugh officiating.
