Buddy Leon Burns, age 59, of Odessa, TX, passed away on February 18, 2015 in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, February 20, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Davis officiating.

Buddy was born on September 5, 1955 in Kermit, TX, to Rush and Rosa Belle Burns. He married Sharon Lewis on October 23, 1980. Buddy worked as a Registered Nurse.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rush and Rosa Belle Burns.

Buddy is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Sharon Burns, of Odessa; daughters, Amanda Davis and spouse CodySam, Sarah Granado and spouse Aaron; grandchildren; Rush, Aurora, Kiara, Josephine and Jocelyn; brother, Charles Burns and spouse Ausie; several cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

Pallbearers will be Terry Hammett, Aaron Granado, Jim Goswick, CodySam Davis, Frankie Sanchez, Randy Reese, Phillip Lewis and Adam Lewis.
