Byron Creed

Byron Ray Creed, age 61, of Odessa, TX. passed away on August 4, 2014 at his residence in Odessa.

Memorial services are on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jimmy Braswell officiating.

Byron was born on February 1, 1953 to Ray Creed and Martha Barella Creed in Aniston, Alabama. He attended school in Abilene, TX. and graduated from Abilene High. He served in the United States Air Force. He married his partner of over twenty years, Teddye Craig on September 26, 2013. He enjoyed his work as a carpenter.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ray Creed and his son, Justin Creed.

He is survived by his loving wife Teddye Creed, his mother, Martha Terrell of Midland, daughter, Sara Creed of Arizona, stepsons, Michael Craig and wife Tammie Craig, LaVonne Mundy and husband Scott of St. Louis, his sisters, Jannice Cooper of Midland, Susan Lugar of Midland, and Ronda, brother, Ronnie Creed of Austin, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
