Catherine Jackson

Catherine Jackson, 64, passed away on January 9, 2021 at her home in Pleasant Farms, Texas.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Odessa with Reverend Bryon McWilliams officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas.

Catherine Jackson was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Robert and Phyllis Crouch on July 18, 1956.  She graduated from UTPB in Odessa.  Catherine began working for ECISD as a teacher, a profession she held for 16 years.  Other activities for Catherine was a Black Belt in Martial Arts and continued her education by receiving 5 College Degrees.

Catherine is preceded in death by her husband, Kinnard Dale Jackson II; father, Robert Crouch; sister, Phyllis Crouch, two great grandsons, Brandon Jackson and Christopher Scarborough.

She is survived by her sons, Kinnard D. “Toby” Jackson III, of Odessa and Robert Jackson of Houston; grandchildren, Malachi Jackson, Justin Jackson, Staisha Jackson, Brittany Jackson and Christina Hunter; as well as seven brothers and sisters.

Memorials may be given to Kinnard Jackson, III or Robert Jackson.
