Charles W. Sisco, age 74, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2010 in Odessa.
He was born December 1, 1935 in Corsicana, Texas to Roxie Allen and Oren Sisco. He first moved to Odessa in 1956, where he worked in the oilfield, and later coowned 4Way Electric before retiring at Oak Creek Lake.
He was predeceased by his mother, Roxie Allen father Oren Toots Sisco, his granddaughter, Cearra LentzCurry and the mother of his children, Doris Sisco.
He is survived by his daughters, Vicki Sisco, Charlene Lentz, Robin Sisco all of Odessa five grandchildren, Kisha Alexander and husband Robert, Toni Thames and husband Michael, all of Odessa, Michael Coleman and wife Randi of San Angelo, Kasye Lentz of Odessa and Stephanie Coleman of Odessa eight great grandchildren, Christopher Thames, Keva Thames, Michaela Thames, Conner Thames, Keith Alexander, Karlei Alexander, Rylan Coleman, Peytiin Coleman three brothers, Donnie Sisco of Missouri, Larry Thornburg of Del Rio, Randy Allen of Trophy Club, Texas stepfather, Henry Allen of Bedford, Texas special friends, Margie Neitzel, Roger Snodgrass and Ted Tuminowski many nieces, nephews and their families. Charles is also survived by many dear and loving friends.
The CaptainPapa Smurf Charles enjoyed being at the lake, fishing, boating, hunting, golf, enjoying good times with his dear and beloved friends.
Visitation with the family will be 68 PM Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Scott Owens of Home Hospice officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Thames, Robert Alexander, Doyle Whitworth, Christopher Thames, Roger Snodgrass, and Ted Tuminowski.
