Chester Ray Cleaver Jr., 60, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 22, 2022, in Casper, Wyoming. Chester was born on May 7, 1962, in Odessa, Texas, to Chester Ray Cleaver Sr. and Fannie Mae Cleaver.
He received Christ at an early age and was active in all the church homes he attended.
Chester grew up in Casper, WY, attending elementary, junior high, and high school. He was a superior football player for Natrona County High School, Class of 1981.
Chester was just like his father, a jack of all trades. He could fix anything that was broken (one of the best mechanics). Following his father footsteps, he would become a truck driver, a mechanic for Jiffy Lube, and his last career job would be at HEB working in the bakery department before retiring.
Things that he enjoyed doing was cooking, BBQ, camping, fishing, building models, and entertaining his family.
Chester is preceded in death by his parents, Chester Ray Sr. and Fannie Mae Cleaver.
He is survived by his only son, Chase (DeeDee) Cleaver of Casper, WY; siblings, one brother, Freddie Lee Kelly (Dalelean) of Denver, CO; two sisters, Debra Cleaver Wiggins of San Antonio, TX, and Sharon Annette Cleaver of Odessa, TX; three grand-daughters, Hallie, Alora, Gracie; one grandson, Jackson; four nephews, Isaiah, Joseph, Leonard, Anker; two nieces, Tamar, Ebony; three great-nephews; Alvin, Treyvon, Malachi; four great-nieces, Aubree, Kylee, Ammorie, Ammerson, and a loving host of family, relatives, and friends.
