Clara Pearl Robinson, 77, of Odessa, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Odessa.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home with Al Workman of Crossroads Fellowship Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Clara was born on August 13, 1939 to Trueman and Wayne Dolloff in Lamesa, Texas. Clara was a longtime resident of Odessa. She drove a school bus for the public school system. Her life revolved around her family. She was a longtime member of Crossroads Fellowship Church. She enjoyed raising her children; her grandchildren became the center of her life.
Clara is preceded in death by her husband Doyle Robinson; parents Trueman and Wayne Dolloff; brothers Clyde and Ernie Dolloff; sister Bobby Lynn Waddell and granddaughter Victoria McDowell.
She is survived by her children Deanie Robinson, Kay Kendall and husband Tom, Jo Gray and husband Dennis, Brad Robinson and wife Dawn, and Phoebe McDowell. She is also survived by her grandchildren CW Tolliver, Brandon Robinson, Ara Askew and husband Lance, Casey Robinson, Dylan Robinson, Chelsey Kendall, Meagan Chandler, Riggin Anderson, Mason Anderson and great-grandchildren Rocky Chandler, Alyssa Chandler, Tori Gonzales, and Ryan Askew.
The gates of heaven have opened for our beautiful mother, grandmother, and friend. She now has a perfect body, mind, and soul. It will be a glorious day when we see each other again.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in Odessa, Texas or the American Lung Association.
