Claude Woods

Claude Wesley Woods, age 78, of Odessa, TX went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 31, 2015.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Caywood officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Claude was born on December 18, 1936 in Pope, Mississippi to Arthur Linzy Woods and Catherine Lee Mehan. Claude married Julia Ann Weaver on June 25, 1954 in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Claude was a member of Odessa Christian Faith Center.

Claude is preceded in death by his sister, Louise Evans and brothers, Coy Woods and William Gerod Mehan.

Claude is survived by his wife, Julia; daughter, Jeannene Woods Nealeigh; son, Steven Wesley Woods; granddaughters, Jessica Hodnett, Amber French; great granddaughters, Alexia Woods, Harlee Woods; great grandsons, Jaden Woods, Trenton Woods, Gavin Sydow, Tristan Woods, Cameron Woods, Lyric French; sisters, Ruth Dunn, Pearl Rosemond, Hazel DeVisser, Nora Gray; brothers, Charles Woods, James Woods, George Woods, Roy Woods, and Robert Woods.
