Cleo Jarrell passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011 in Big Spring, Texas.

She was born on January, 4 1945 to H. B. Smith and Opal Roberts Smith in Wapanucka, Oklahoma. She moved to the West Texas area as a child.

She is survived by her mother, Opal Fuller of Antlers, Oklahoma her sisters, Nancy Cox of Monahans, Texas and Brenda Fraley of Glen Flora, Wisconsin three sons: Calvin W. Phipps and his wife, Leisa, Richard Phipps and his wife, Michelle and Clint Phipps and his wife, Karla, all of Monahans, Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Jenna Hawthorne, Cydnee Phipps, Spensor Phipps, Laura Phipps, Ross Phipps, Jensen Phipps, and Shelbee Phipps greatgranddaughter Hannah Hawthorne.

She was preceded in death by her father, H.B. Smith, her husband Don Jarrell, her sisters Bernice Dennis, Joan Fuller, and longtime companion, Richie Dell.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00AM Monday, September 12, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
