Conrad Leamons

Conrad Cordell Leamons, age 80, left this life on Saturday April 14, 2018 in Odessa Texas.

Conrad was born on December 18, 1937 in Smackover Arkansas to Clyde & Syble Leamons. Conrad graduated from Odessa High School in 1954 and married Jeanine Miles, his wife, August 17, 1956. Conrad and Jeanine shared their lives together for 62 years until his passing with his wife and children at his side. Conrad served his country in the Navy from 1957-1959, then worked for Frito-Lay for 17 years before retiring with Atmos Energy after 16 years in 2002. Conrad enjoyed fishing, camping, playing pool, and was a genuine "people person" who would talk to anybody he would come across.

Conrad is preceded in death by his father Clyde, his mother Syble, both of his sisters, Sandra Neel and Karen Roy.

Conrad is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jeanine, his son Brent Leamons, his daughter Crista Wilson and her husband Scott and his granddaughter Rachel Wilson.

Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Odessa Texas Friday April 20th at 1pm with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
