Daniel Albright

Daniel Burdette Albright, 70, of Odessa, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 9, 2013.

Dan was born March 19, 1942 in Jefferson, Iowa to Kenneth and Velma Albright.

He served with the National Guard for several years. He was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service and retired after 26 years.

Dan is survived by his wife, Tommie of Odessa one brother, Dennis of Albuquerque, NM two children, Scott and Lisa of Jefferson, Iowa four grandchildren, Conner, Benjamin, Allison and Teresa and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He loved the Lord, loved to read the Word and was an avid sports fan. Dan was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 PM, Monday, February 11, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Service will be Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Assembly of God with John VanHoose officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
