Danny Jaeger

Danny Eugene Jaeger, 75, of Odessa, Texas passed away in the comfort of his own home on December 24, 2021, in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, January 3, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.

Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens (6801 E. Business 20 Odessa, Texas 79762).

Dan was born at German Village in Columbus, Ohio on December 8, 1946. He was a veteran of Vietnam and served in the Marines from 1966-1969. He married Karen E. Davis on May 23, 1983, in Odessa, Texas. He and Karen operated a family-owned business, Crown Equipment Inc. Dan E. Jaeger was a gambling man. He loved playing the Wheel of Fortune, Blackjack and Poker. His favorite destinations were New Orleans and Las Vegas.

Dan Jaeger is preceded in death by his father and mother, Gene, and Norma Jaeger; and his son, James " Jamie" Haiduk.

Dan is survived by his wife, Karen Jaeger; son, Seth Jaeger and wife Lauren; daughter, Wendy Lynch and husband Jeff; brother, Bill Jaeger and wife Kim; grandchildren, Preslee Jaeger, Macie McCurrin-Fitzgerald and husband David, and Lucas McCurrin; great grandchildren, Caleb McCurrin, Serenity McCurrin, and Nilah Fitzgerald; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
