Danny Sellars

Danny Dwain Sellars, 60, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on March 1, 2014 in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 6:008:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 5,2014at First Methodist Church with Terry Tamplin officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.

Danny was born in San Angelo, Texas to Elmer Ellis Sellars and Melva Faye Key on May 30, 1953. He went to school at San Angelo Central High School. He married Cheryl on October 14, 1978 in San Angelo. He worked as a machinist for 25 years for Permian Production Equipment, Inc. He was involved in Boy Scouts Troop 74, sang in the First Methodist church choir and volunteered at Ector Jr. High and OHS. Danny was a huge fan of the Jackalopes.

Danny is preceded in death by his father Elmer Ellis Sellars.

Danny is survived by his wife Cheryl Sellars children Ramona Sellars, Robert and Heather Sellars and Michael and Sarah Sellars brothers Dean Sellars and wife Hildagard, David Thomas and wife Katherine sisters Joy Melvin and spouse Gene, Martha Bennett spouse Larry, and Adrienne Handley and Robin Thomas grandchildren Kailani Sellars, Ava Sellars, Camden Sellars, Trevon Brooks, Amanda Sellars, Bryleigh Sellars, and Ashley Brownlee and his mother Melva Sellars.
