David Payne

David W. Payne, 41, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 in Odessa.

He was born July 24, 1968 in Anson, Texas to William Curtis Payne and Patricia Mayfield Payne. He attended school in Odessa, and worked in the oil field, road construction and was a truck driver.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Rehmert of Odessa, his father, William Curtis Payne, Sr. and his wife Mary of Graham, Texas sister, Tina Johnson of Amarillo brother, Royce Payne, of Odessa half brother, William Curtis Payne, Jr. of Odessa nephews, Chris Broughton of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Justin Payne of Odessa nieces, Brittany Schultz of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Heather Payne of Odessa.

Visitation with the family will be 6:008:00 PM Friday, January 8, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Braswell officiating.
