David Wheeler

David Eugene Wheeler, age 88, of Odessa, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Odessa.

He was born December 16, 1924 in Brazos, Texas to William Anderson Wheeler and Elva Myrtle Johnston Wheeler. He married Doris Coleman on August 14, 1947 in Odessa. He was the former owner of DW Plumbing and retired in 1995. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 955 and was a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Dwight Wheeler, Joe Wheeler and Jerry Wheeler.

Survivors include his wife Doris Wheeler his sons Harold Wheeler and wife Mary and William Wheeler his daughter Debbie Ann Jackson and husband Shawn his brother Marcus Neil Wheeler and three grandchildren, all of Odessa.

Masonic Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family requests memorials be directed to the Masonic Home and School, 338 Grapevine Highway, Hurst, Texas 76054.
