Deborah "Debbie" Kay McDole, 54, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on September 20th, 2017 in Odessa, Texas at home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Deborah was born in Odessa, Texas to Tommie L. and Donnie R. McDole on April 15, 1963.
She spent most of her childhood and young adult life sliding around the softball field with her closest friends. She graduated at Permian High School in 1981 and later graduated at The University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a degree in Business Administration. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends but most of all she loved spending time with her four-legged friends and helping animals. She had an amazing smile, genuine heart, and a knack for making everyone in the room feel special. She was active in her church at Disciples of Grace Church Odessa. Nothing was more important than her sweet Savior.
Debbie is survived by her spouse Angelia A. Wilson; her sister Cynthia Chavez and husband Roy; her nephew Chris Chavez and wife Ashlee of Flowermound; Matthew Chavez of Odessa; and Chelsea Chavez of Carrollton; her aunt Maureen Benham of Minnesota; and many, many dear friends.
Deborah is preceded in death by her mother Tommie L. McDole, her father Donnie R. McDole, her grandmother Eula Cook Easterling, and her uncle Milton Benham.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 - 8 pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas. Chapel services will be held on Saturday at 4 pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas with Pastor Evan Rogers officiating.
Monetary donations may be made to the Odessa Humane Society in honor of Debbie's passion and love for animals.
