Deborrah Sue Freeman

On Friday, December 22, 2023, Deborrah Sue Freeman, also known as GrandMom or YaYa, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many, lost her battle to cancer at the age of 72 in Odessa, Texas.

Debbie worked at Medical Center Hospital in the payroll department for approximately 20 years. Outside of her professional life, she was also an avid crafter and gardener for most of her life. Debbie was known for her larger-than-life personality and loved by many.

She is preceded in death by both parents, 10 brothers and sisters and her son, James Cecil Freeman II.

She is survived by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 56 years, James F; daughter, Sandy S. and her husband Tano; grandchildren, Justin F. and his wife Christa; Sydnee F; Austin F. and his wife Cassie; Hunter F. and his wife Vahli; Avery F. and Kinzi F.; and 14 great grandchildren.

Debbie's passing will be felt by many, and she will be deeply missed.
