Dolly "Jean" Neves of Sugar Land, Texas passed away after a short bout with cancer at the age of 77.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert "Bud" Neves. Survivors include her children, Andra Clark, Patrick Neves and Shelly Neves-Malcolm; 7 grandchildren, 4 ½ great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Her hobbies included traveling, painting, having her afternoon coffee with her son-in-law, Larry and spending times with her family. She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church in Richmond and through the church was involved in delivering flowers to nursing homes after church and was a member of "Loving Friends". She also volunteered at Memorial Hermann Pink Ladies Group.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 15, 2015 in the State Room of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home.
The service celebrating her life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 16, 2015 at St. Johns United Methodist Church, 400 Jackson Street in Richmond, Texas.
The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Cemetery in Odessa, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jean's name to St. Johns United Methodist Church in Richmond, Texas.
