DOLORES Doe ANN CLARK LITTLE
Born on January 7, 1934 to Willie O. and Vera Mae Burton Clark in Ada, Oklahoma, Doe Clark was the youngest of seven children. She split her earliest years between her parents home and the home of her aunt and uncle, Annie and Nick Nicholas. As a young girl, she made the first of two very important decisions in her life. She accepted Jesus as her Savior, and this decision directed the path of the rest of her life. Until her death, the deepest desire of her heart was to know that her family and friends would come to know the Lord the way she did. After graduating from high school in Ada, she attended the Draught Business School in Tulsa and returned to Ada to work as a trained secretary. In May 1955, her sister and the next door neighbor conspired, successfully, to introduce their younger siblings. Robert Wayne Bob Little came down the hill to return a fresh buttermilk jar for his sick sister and encountered Doe, who was scrubbing the floors in the kitchen. Perhaps not the most glamorous first meeting, but less than two months after their first date, she made the second most important decision of her life. She accepted his proposal of marriage, and on October 28, they were married at Trinity Baptist in Ada. They moved to Odessa, Texas in July 1956 where they joined the new church, Crescent Park Baptist, on its first anniversary Sunday. In Odessa, they raised four loving daughters. Doe and Bob taught Sunday School and she was very involved in music, singing faithfully in the adult choir, and teaching Childrens Choir. Her family enjoyed hearing her sing specials in church as well as singing around the house. Her beautiful voice taught her daughters hymns, show tunes and funny dittys. When she returned to the work force, it was as a secretary for Schuepbach Real Estate. She earned her real estate license and began working as a realtor for Schuepbach. She loved meeting the customers, but left there to help Bob with the school photography business. She took care of the books, scheduling and learned to shoot pictures with the help of her fatherinlaw, Grover. In 1980, she and Bob bought a place in Gardendale, where they enjoyed a large garden and spent many peaceful hours savoring the gorgeous West Texas sunsets. When Grover retired, she began taking school pictures fulltime until they sold their business in 1995. After becoming seriously ill in 2001 Doe was given only a short time to live, yet she used the time to minister to others through prayer. The Lord blessed her family and friends by allowing them an additional ten wonderful years to be with her. She had an extensive prayer list that included the names of numerous doctors and nurses who cared for her, as well as strangers, family and friends. She was an incredible prayer warrior who spent hours every day lifting up the concerns of others. The reassurance of her faithfulness in prayer is only one thing that will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Don, Orval, and Bill and sister, Nell Sims, as well as two nephews and a niece. She is loved and remembered by her husband, Bob and their children, Jim and Carrie Green, Amy Vesely, and Bill and Molly Mills of Odessa, and Chester and Sally Nolen of Cleburne her brother James Clark and sister Betty Taylor. Also grandchildren, James Green, Kristal Hill, Robert Green, Victoria Latham, Cody and Tucker Nolen, Scott and Kristen Vesely, Kaitlin Roberts and Sean and Allison Mills, as well as many greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and other family.

The family would like to thank Drs. Michael Shelton, Nam Kim, and Khavar Dar as well as the staff of Home Hospice. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Samaritans Purse or a charity of your choice.
