Dominga Moralez

Dominga Garcia Moralez, our beloved mother, was called home on Saturday, May 14, 2022, in Odessa, Texas.

Dominga was born to Catalina Suchil Garcia and Toribio Garcia on January 7, 1951, in Manuel Benavidez, Chihuahua. She attended school in Fort Stockton, Texas. She married Manuel Moralez on November 18, 1969, in Fort Stockton, Texas. They went on to have two sons, Abdon Moralez and Nahum Isaac Moralez. Dominga devoted her life to being a loving mother and wife.

Dominga is preceded in death by her parents, Catalina Garcia and Torobio Garcia.

Dominga is survived by her spouse, Manuel Moralez; sons, Abdon Moralez of Odessa, Tx, Nahum Isaac Moralez and wife Ileana Moralez of Midland, Tx; and her five grandchildren, Auden Moralez, Omar Moralez, Jovani Moralez, Alexander Moralez and David Moralez. Her sister, Irene Silva and husband Reyes Silva of Odessa, TX; and brother Lucas Garcia of Fort Stockton, TX. Dominga is also survived by many nieces and nephews that held a very loving place in her heart.

Visitation will be at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Minister Raymundo Calzadiaz of Iglesia de Cristo, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
