Donna Carrasco

Donna Kay Carrasco, 51 of Odessa passed away Friday, January 8, 2010. She was born July 23, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland to Walter M. and Kathrine Stuart.

She married the love of her life Phillip H. Carrasco on October 21,
1978.

Donna graduated from Odessa High School in 1976 and went on to graduate from UTPB with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Masters degree in Accounting. She was employed by the City of Odessa as a Budget Analyst, followed by Budget Manager, and later promoted to Director of Billings and Collections.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and was a faithful servant of the Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, David W. Stuart.

She is survived by her husband Phillip, son Joseph Carrasco of Dallas, daughters Patricia Meadows and husband Brett, Teresa and Alisha Carrasco, all of Odessa sisters Sandra Ables, Linda Adams and husband Lonnie, Jane Burrow and husband Louis of Odessa and Patricia Kirkpatrick and husband Marty of Big Spring brothers Randy Stuart and wife Lynne, and John Stuart and wife Kellye of Odessa, beloved granddaughter Briel Meadows of Odessa and extended family Shawn Carrasco and Baby Phillip, Lizette Carrasco, Nana Teresa Carrasco and family, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews and her beloved pets Harley, Baxter and Goober.

Rosary Services have been set for 7:00 pm Monday, January 11, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with the Rev. Barry Mclean officiating.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
