Dorris Kovalick

Dorris Kovalick, formerly of New Port Richey, Florida, died peacefully at her residence in Odessa, TX on Monday, June 11, 2018. She was 93 years old.

Dorris was born November 24, 1924 to Elmer and Elizabeth (Beuter) Dillon in Bellaire, Ohio. She was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. On May 23, 1945, she married Michael Kovalick, the beginning of a loving partnership that would last for almost 53 years. When

Mike graduated from college, they moved to Florida, where they lived for the next 18 years. After several years in Colorado and Louisiana, they retired to New Port Richey in 1988. Dorris moved back Odessa in 2014.

Dorris is preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Kovalick.

She is survived by her two daughters, Gae Kovalick and husband, Steven Schafersman of Midland, TX, Nesha Kovalick and husband, Gary Walker of Struthers, Ohio; three granddaughters, Philosophy Walker and husband, Adam McCluskey of Madison, Wisconsin, Rose Walker of Struthers, Ohio, Sarah Walker of Boardman, Ohio and one great grandson, Wren McCluskey of Madison, Wisconsin.

A Burial Service will be held at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, Florida at a later date.
