Elaine Contreras Treviño, 52, of Odessa Texas, passed away on the 17th day of December of 2022 in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation hours will be held from 10:00 AM - 6: 00 PM Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, with a Recitation of the Rosary to follow.
The Recitation of the Rosary will be held from 6:00 PM – 8: 00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday December 23, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church with Father Joseph Barbieri of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
Elaine C. Treviño was born in Odessa Texas to loving parents Gloria Contreras and Adan N. Contreras Sr. on June 2, 1970. She continued her healthcare education at Odessa College. She married Rafael G. Trevino Sr. on November 9th, 1987. Having expanded her work in the medical field for over 20 years she dedicated her life as a great wife, mother, daughter, sister, and Grandmother. While spending as much time with her grandchildren and being the rock of this family. Her empowering presence and loving spirit will never be forgotten.
Elaine is preceded in death by her grandfather, Mike Martinez; brother, Adan N. Contreras Jr. (Blue), nephew, Bryan A. Contreras, and cousin, Susan Garcia.
Elaine is survived by her loving Husband, Rafael G. Treviño Sr.; children, Rafael G. Treviño Jr. and spouse Martha Contreras, Jonathan Mathew Treviño and spouse Rozlynn M. Licon, and Justin A. Contreras Treviño and spouse Victoria Delbosque; sibling, Dina C. Rangel and spouse Marko Rangel Sr.; parents, Gloria Contreras, Adan N. Contreras Sr.; grandparents, Viola Rubio Martinez; grandchildren, Isaiah R. Treviño, Izaiah J. Licon Treviño, Aydan M. Treviño, Noah M. Treviño, Aaliyah R. Treviño, and expected Bella-Jade Elaine Treviño.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Ray Martinez, Tony Pineda (Pancho), Randy Martinez, Marko Rangel Sr., Marko E. Rangel Jr. (Gordo), and Joshua Paz.
Memorials will be given to Rafael G. Treviño Sr., Rafael G Trevino Jr., and spouse, Jonathan M. Treviño and spouse, Justin A. Treviño and spouse, Gloria Contreras, Adan N. Contreras, and sister Dina Rangel and spouse.
The family of Elaine C. Treviño wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Home Hospice with special thanks to nurses Ashley and Jordynn and to all the family members that helped during these difficult and trying times.
