She married her lifelong love, Ediberto Villarreal. We are comforted in the knowledge that they are reunited again in the Kingdom of God.
She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, always putting others before herself. Liz had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives with her presence. Friends and family remember her as a beautiful person inside and out. She was someone who always brought laughter and a smile to their faces. If you ever had the chance to meet her, you were considered her friend for life. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life. Liz enjoyed traveling, baking, knitting, was a talented artist, designer and gatherer of all things we can do something with this. She adored her 3 grandchildren and daughters. You could always count on her to be at football games, track meets, award ceremonies, dog rescue missions, or simply as a ride along buddy. Liz would dedicate this poem to all who loved her
I Did Not Die
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the mornings hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cryI am not there, I did not die. Anonymous
