It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elmer Dean "Fafa" Evans. He left this earth peacefully in his sleep on December 14, 2020. He was 80 years old, born on January 26, 1940 in Riverton, Wyoming.
He is survived by his loving wife, Myrna Evans, whom he still called his bride. Dean and Myrna were blessed to have found true love in one another and in the family that surrounded them. Dean was the best, most loving father to his children; daughters, Tanya Camden and Paula Senn; also, sons-in-law, Mike Camden and Freddie Rivas. He was a proud Fafa to Ryan and Angie Simmons, Dylan and Ashton Simmons, Tessa Senn and Daniel Sprain, Tyler Senn and Amanda Jordan, Christian Camden and Ashley Hinojos, Zachary and Izabella Camden, Kyle Kopel and Chaise Kennedy, Shelby Kopel and Juan Garcia and Michael Evans, and lots of others that knew Dean as Fafa. He was happy to welcome 13 great grandchildren and quickly became their hero. He is also survived by his brother, Everett Evans along with many other family and friends.
He was truly a family man. He also loved to work and was in the oilfield for many years. He was the kind of man that many looked up to and admired. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elaine; father, Elmer; son, Steven; and two great grandchildren, Alizah and Dylan II. We miss him dearly but find comfort in knowing he is watching over us and we will see him again one day. We love you!
