Erick Benavides, 22 years old, of Odessa, TX, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017 in Midland, TX.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Erick Benavides was born in Odessa, TX to Susan Gutierrez and Jose Benavides on December 6, 1994. He attended and graduated from Permian High School with Honors in 2013. Erick was employed with Angus Measurements for 3 years.

Erick is survived by his parents Susan Gutierrez and Jose Benavides, sisters Jessica and Gabryella, grandparents Omar and Fela Gutierrez and Gabriel and Christina Mancha.
