Etta Musick

Etta P. Musick, age 94, of Brownwood, TX, Formerly of Midland, TX entered into Heaven on January 15, 2019 in Brownwood, TX.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, January 18, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Bill Steen officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Etta was born January 27, 1924 to W. E. and Addie Tidwell in Olustee, Oklahoma. She married Bill Musick in 1954.

Etta was manager of La Casa Bonita Apts. She was a member of Apartment Association. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Midland, TX.

Etta is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Musick; her brother, Bud Tidwell; sisters, Loretta Steen, Oneida Fuller and her grandson, Bryan.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Patty Piper and Teena Richardson and her husband, Richie; son, Daniel and his wife; 2 grandsons, Allen Piper and wife, Jennifer, Toby Piper and his wife, Stephanie; three great grandchildren, Lauren, Britt and Linsey Piper; brother, Bill Tidwell; sister, Betty Chaney; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family of Etta Musick would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Amy Tindal of Brownwood, Oakridge Manor Brownwood staff, nurses and aides who loved our dear Mom and took such great care of her and Hospice of Brownwood that kept her comfortable. God bless all of you.
