Eva Hagan

December 18, 1933 — January 27, 2009


Eva M. Peggy Hagan was born December 18, 1933 in England. She met and married Harvey R. Red Hagan while he was serving in the U.S. Army and stationed in England. They had two children, daughter Lindsey and son Kelvin.

Peggy worked for many years for Nittany Enterprises, Inc. as Operations Manager. In those years, she impacted the lives of many people in a very positive way. She was loved by many of the employees and fellow workers. Always a perfectionist at anything she did, it was a pleasure to walk into any store that she was in charge of managing.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband and both of her children.

Her survivors include her sisters, Molly Jowett, Rosie Farrow, Sheila Rooney and spouse John Rooney; her brothers, Jimmy Jeary, Ray Jeary and his wife Ann. Other survivors are Pat Rooney, Terry Rooney, Marie Web and Lily Burnett, all residing in England, as well as her niece Thersia residing in South Wales. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Melba Wilcox and spouse Sherwin of Aztec, New Mexico, Frances Coots and spouse Floyd of Odessa, Jim and Debra Coots of Midland, Pat and Connie Coots, and Joline Adkins of Odessa, Sharon Hannah, Rebecca Hawbecker, Dalton King and Wade King of Aztec, New Mexico. Other survivors include her loving companion Andres Schuman, Sr. of Midland, and his children, Andy T. Schuman, Andres L. Schuman, Richard J. Schuman, Andrea L. Schuman, all of Midland, and Susummy Schuman, Andres G. Schuman, Maria G. Schuman, all of Irving and Andres' eleven grandchildren as well as Danny Holguin and wife Vera Holguin and family of Kermit, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her little dog, Biscuit.

Graveside services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Saturday, January 31, 2009 in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Emmit Barnard officiating.

The family suggests memorials be directed to the American Cancer Society.
