Eveline Duree, age 87, of Odessa, TX, passed away on March 24, 2015 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX.

Eveline was born on January 1, 1928 in a farmhouse outside of Louisville, Illinois to Frank and Caroline (Traub) Miller. She attended school in a one room school house at St. John's Lutheran School. Eveline married Bob Duree on December 26, 1953 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She was employed by H&R Block, Dunlaps and Western National Bank, where she was employee of the year. She also made braile bibles for over 25 years at Redeemer Lutheran Church where she was a longstanding member.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Caroline Miller, son, Steve Duree and 5 brothers.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Duree; sons, Bob Jr. and wife Carla Duree of Odessa, David and wife Donna Duree of Odessa and Dan Duree of Midland; sisters, Helen Telgmann of Strasburg, Illinois and Anna Mae Gibson of Effingham, Illinois; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 5-7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be as follows: Matt Duree, Sam Duree, Jon Duree, Rachel Duree, Dani Duree, Jay Duree and Pete Wantiez.
Memorials can be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or the Door of Hope Mission.
