Frances Arbuckle

Frances Nadine McCright Arbuckle, 69, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011 after a lengthy illness.

Fran was born April 17, 1942 in Rotan, Texas to Charlie Amber McCright and Billie Jo Wilkins McCright. She was married November 21, 1958 in Snyder, Texas to Bill Arbuckle. Fran has been a long time member of Eisenhower Church of Christ and 37th Street Church of Christ in Snyder. She had a zest for life. She had a strong love and devotion for immediate and extended family. She never met a stranger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Billie McCright and her brothers, Ronald McCright and Danny McCright.

Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, Bill Arbuckle her three children, Gayla Arbuckle and Gary Geneva of Odessa, James Arbuckle and his wife Melinda of Little Rock, Arkansas, Donny Arbuckle and his wife Gale of Bedford, Texas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Michael Arbuckle, James Arbuckle, Jr. Meagan Webb, Kathryn Arbuckle, Scott Arbuckle, Alex Arbuckle, Sara Arbuckle, Stephanie Arbuckle, Russell Burchfield, Jason Burchfield, and Brandy Burchfield. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled from 68 PM Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Eisenhower Church of Christ with Dale Huff officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Garden.
