Frances Jones

Frances Franke Marie Raley Jones, 85, of Odessa, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village. She was a member of the Odessa Seventhday Adventist church.

Franke is survived by William and Leslie Webster, her soninlaw and daughter of Odessa Douglas and Janell Jones, her son and daughterinlaw of Berrien Springs, Mich five grandchildren: William Webster II, Elizabeth Veit, Andrew Webster, Ethan Jones, and Nicholas Jones greatgranddaughter, Ashley Watson, and greatgrandsons, Joseph Watson and Ezekiel Jones. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Richard Jones, her parents Frank and Anna Hoffman Raley, and her sister Dorothy Raley Dryden.

She was born May 14, 1925, in Loma Linda, Calif. Frances married Richard on Dec. 28, 1947, in Merlin, Oregon. The Joneses were active residents of Forest Grove, Oregon, for 43 years. Shortly after Richards retirement from dentistry, Dick and Franke moved to Odessa in 2001.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday, May 6, at CrossRoads Fellowship Chapel. The family suggests memorials be made to Parks Methodist Retirement Village.
