When his loved ones and friends remember Frederico Lico Garcia Subia theyll think of his broad smile, contagious laugh and wittiness. He spent his entire life in Odessa, raising his children, working in the oilfields and being a loving son, brother, grandpa and uncle. What made him happiest was spending time with his children and grandchildren. His family will deeply miss him.
