Gary Holloway

Gary Dale (Wildman) Holloway, age 67, of Odessa,TX got his call home Friday, February 5, 2016. He will have an eternity of family gatherings, hunting, fast cars, faster boats, sitting on the dock at the lake, front porch of the ranch and building anything with his two hands. He was larger than life and a beloved war hero to his family. He lived life to the fullest every day.

Gary was born June 11, 1948 in Monahans, TX. He married Katherine Pirtle on April 5, 1974 in Odessa, TX. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Vietnam.

Gary is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Don Holloway and parents, L.D. and Marie Holloway.

He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine Pirtle Holloway; children, Joseph Patrick Holloway and wife Amber Hutson Holloway of Odessa, TX, Brian Scott Holloway and wife Amanda Campbell Holloway of Odessa, Jennifer Michelle Holloway of Odessa, Brandon Nicholas Holloway and wife Erin Montgomery Holloway of Midland, TX; five grandchildren, Justin Laroque of Bridgeport, TX, Faith Holloway of Odessa, TX, Blayke Holloway of Wilcox, AZ, Landon Lasley of Odessa, TX, and Hartley Holloway of Midland, TX.

A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, February 9, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home in Odessa TX.
