George Coley

George Coley, 63, of Odessa, passed away on June 15, 2019, in San Angelo, TX.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Andrew Davis of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

George was born in El Paso, TX to Michael & Ramona Coley on December 19, 1955.  He married Dee Dee Coley on January 25, 1985 in Odessa, TX. He graduated from Austin High School in El Paso, TX.  He worked as a caser for Lewis Casing Crews for 20 years. He also worked as a pumper for the last 8 years. George lived life to the fullest. He was a loving husband, brother, father, and grandfather. He loved his dogs. George enjoyed traveling and the outdoors. He will be missed dearly by all.

George is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Ramona Coley.

George is survived by his wife of 33 years, Dee Dee Coley; son Chris & wife, Brenda Coley; daughter, Savannah Coley; four brothers, Mike, Ray, Jim and Paul Coley; one sister Gloria Sanders; grandchildren, Arianna, Mason, Logan, Emerson and Regan Coley; and 1 great grandchild Tristen Toops.

Pallbearers will be Jim Coley, Paul Coley, Bryan Truman, Richard Eaton, Martin Carrillo and Jason Ruelas.
