Glen Womack

Glen Hayward Womack, age 81, of Odessa, passed away Monday, October 31, 2011 in Grapevine, Texas.

He was born April 5, 1930 in Jackson Parrish, Louisiana to Samuel Oscar Womack and Netta Dale Thomas Womack. He was married to now deceased Alice Marie Womack. He founded Permian Tank and Manufacturing, Inc.

Survivors include his daughter, Cheryl Ann Womack of Odessa and his son, Kelly Womack of Southlake, Texas. He was a wonderful grandfather to Justen Ryan Womack, Austen Clayton Womack and Britten Kelly Womack.

He was beloved and known for his great sense of humor.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rice Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a charity of choice.
